2nd Day

Today was day 2 of back to work. Everything went well except for a pretty nasty headache the whole shift. The shift flew by though which was nice - first I did some cleaning, then we went out with a few of the guys for a bowling outing, and when we came home we had lunch, cleaned up and it was time for me to go already :)

When I got home I found out the the massage place had called and left a message for me to phone them back. So I phoned them and they told me that my massage benefits have been extended to the end of the month! Was SO happy to hear that! Plus when I was talking with the booking clerk I told her what had happened yesterday and asked if there was any way to squeeze me in yet this week and she said that they have an opening tomorrow at 2pm which is perfect. And she suggested that this time when I book all my appointments to ask next time for a printout so I have it in writing - I will ask for it tomorrow when I go in.

Tomorrow will be my last day of work this week and I will have to call the OT at the Head Injury place to give a report on how my first week went. Next week I will be working Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri from 8:30-1:30 each day. The third to fifth weeks I will be back on late afternoon/evening shifts again which is what I normally work, although eventually I would love to find a day job :) I've been keeping my eyes open for positions that might become available but I'm also toying with the idea of taking some college/university courses after Colin's done his schooling and has a job.
